Championship Game and Super Bowl XIV, with a stress fracture in left leg. He played

One Play: 1975 playoffs
Jack Youngblood pass-rushed future Hall of Famer Dan Dierdorf off the line, tipped and
intercepted a pass and returned a 65 yards for a touchdown. The Rams won that game.
Honors:
2001: Jack Youngblood was named in the Pro
Football Hall of Fame.

As a boy
he grew up crating watermelons in the Montecello, Florida. He loves the country
life, he said "I'll take a nice, plowed field to a concrete freeway any day." Outside of football
Jack Youngblood was a regular guy. He would drive in his pickup truck into the
mountains and put Willie Nelson on the tape player. |
